• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service value

• Late arrivals may result in shortened or cancelled appointments

Special Offers & Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers, packages, subscriptions, and promotional offers are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 2 months. Unused sessions do not roll over. Subscriptions may be frozen for up to 3 months per year.

Referral Programme

Referrals must be genuine and comply with these Terms. Self-referrals or fraudulent accounts are prohibited.
