Here's how we typically structure a pre-season programme in the clinic. Every face is different, so your therapist will tailor the order and intensity at your first visit.

Assess & release

We begin with a full skin and facial-tension assessment, then a Lymphatic Drainage Facial to reduce fluid retention and puffiness. It's the foundation everything else builds on — and most clients see a calmer, more contoured face the same evening.

Sculpt from within

Is there any downtime?

For our massage-based and LED treatments, none at all — you can go straight back to work or out to dinner. BioRePeel may leave skin slightly pink for a few hours, which is why we schedule it a few days before an event.

How soon will I see results?

Many clients notice a lifted, de-puffed look after a single session. The deeper changes in definition and skin quality build with each visit, which is why a structured programme gives the best result.

Can I combine this with injectables?
